Beautifully restored and furnished farmhouse in Tuscan style (wooden beams, sandstone, cotto floors) just a few minutes from the centre of Greve in Chianti. The spacious outside area offers a very well kept garden, a swimming pool in panoramic location, several terraces and al fresco dining areas. The villa can easily sleep 22 persons in three wings of the house of which two can be connected.
NOTE: The villa is divided into three accommodations (8, 8 and 6 persons) and can be rented partially or entirely.

Apartment B: Sleep up to 8 in 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin), There are 3 bathrooms (of which 2 with tub, 1 with shower) There is a spacious kitchen and living area. This unit can be connected to Apartment G - to combine the two units.

Lovely large pool, with nice sun lounges, views to the small village across the vineyards covered hills.
This is a lovely property only 5 min drive from Greve - wonderful vineyard views.Very private feel to it.
