Cortona Leccio is a beautiful stone farmhouse only 2 km away from Cortona belonging to a spectacular 10.000 square metre hilly property.The house has been carefully restored and has been furnished with a combination of Antiques and modern furniture that make this villa a beautiful and comfortable location where elegance and modern comforts combine.

Tucked in a huge olive grove, chestnut and holm oak wood, the villa offers its guests a breathtaking view over the Valdichiana and the Cortona hills and is the ideal location for those who wish to enjoy total privacy.
The ground floor is accessed through the cosy sitting room: here one can relax watching TV or reading a good book.
Next to the sitting room there is the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, percolator for American coffee and dishwasher. and Finally, there is the dining room direct access to the large garden
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom, large and bright, has its own private bathroom with whirlpool.
On request it is possible to add two beds.
The house also has satellite TV and washing machine.

A few meters from the house lies the wonderful pool, set in panoramic position and surrounded by stone pavement and grass.
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a bright dependance with dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
By car one can easily reach the major cities of Tuscany and Umbria such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Florence. The surrounding area offers several facilities for free time such as tennis courts and golf course.
Note:The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports or big cars. ( ie the Alfa Romeo 159 often provided as a larger car by the rental companies tends to bottom out)
