Villa Melodia is an ancient stone farmhouse that lies nestled among the hills near the Medieval town of Cortona. It has been carefully restored with particular care given to its unique architectural features such as the original beamed ceilings, the old Terracotta floors and the wide brick arches. It offers all the modern comforts such as telephone, satellite TV, cd player and internet connection.
Vacation Property Details
The house is made up of two floors and can sleep up to 6 people. The ground floor has a spacious sitting room with an open fireplace and a comfortable sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen hosts a large dining area. Bathroom and laundry room outdoor.
A wooden staircase leads up to the bedrooms where there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and shared bathroom with shower.
There is a large private garden complete with garden furniture and a wide private swimming pool. A private parking area is also at guests' disposal.
This splendid Villa lies in a beautiful location with a splendid view of the Tuscan town of Cortona on one side and of the Lake Trasimeno on the other.
