Vacation Property Details
Nicely kept Roman building can be entered from the Tiber side as well as from a small street behind, thus sheltering the apartment from the noise of the traffic on the river side.
Enter the building through a nice large courtyard.
When you enter the apartment – the door opens into a large bright foyer, decorated with charming Chinese horses prancing in front of the mirror ( one has the keys dangling from its tail); Straight ahead you have the large, well equipped kitchen, to the right a lovely view into the long dining room – with window at the far end. Turn towards the dining room, enter through the open doorway turn left into the nicely furnished living room.
Pass the living room to the bedrooms – with the master bedroom on the left, with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom of this Rome apartment rental, faces onto a small side street, running parallel to the Tiber river ( quiet).
Across the hall is another double bedroom, decorated in monochromatic black and white, here you will also find a small leather hassock – that folds out into a single bed. ( there is another in the living room – so you can sleep to additional people)
From this bedroom, you turn to face the kitchen – and on your right there is a twin bedroom (two twin beds), and another bathroom. This twin bedroom is quite small, so please consider it a sleeping space only.
This second and third bedrooms share a hallway that leads to the kitchen. These rooms overlook the internal courtyard. There is a single closet shared by the two bedrooms that is located in the hall.
The kitchen is large with island and counter with stools, should you not want to eat in the dining area.
There is a washing machine here as well as the usual kitchen equipment ( oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster);
There are two portable air conditioning units for the two large bedrooms.
Amenities - TV satellite - telephone - micro-wave- toaster - American coffee-maker - electric oven - 4 fires stove - cd player - A/C - ceiling fans - Internet.
