Each apartment is very nicely furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing.
Each apartment also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a fireplace, an outdoors dining area with barbecue, heating and air-conditioning, stereo, satellite TV, telephone and free high-speed broadband (WI-FI) internet access.
Cosy bedrooms with beautiful iron beds and high quality bed linen create an outstanding atmosphere. All bathrooms are completely new and very tastefully equipped. Each apartment has a private garden.
The elegant swimming-pool (18 x 8 m) and a huge patio is shared.

  Ground floor: Living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen divided by a large fireplace, sitting/bedroom with a queen sofa bed and own full bathroom and entrance to the garden

  First floor: Two large bedrooms with king-sized beds and their own full bathrooms

  Kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, oven. There is a washer and dryer available on the premises. There is Wireless DSL access.

  There is a Private garden for outside dining, the apartment faces the valley.

  Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bar

We had a wonderful stay here as part of a large group, loved the walk to town aspect, Mimmo came and cooked for us one day - wonderful dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer. Pierre
