Each apartment is very nicely furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing.
Each apartment also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a fireplace, an outdoors dining area with barbecue, heating and air-conditioning, stereo, satellite TV, telephone and free high-speed broadband (WI-FI) internet access.
Cosy bedrooms with beautiful iron beds and high quality bed linen create an outstanding atmosphere. All bathrooms are completely new and very tastefully equipped. Each apartment has a private garden.
The elegant
swimming-pool (18 x 8 m) and a huge patio is shared.
Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars. An invaluable advantage for relaxing vacation!
Villa Venti one of the units within the Conca d'Oro estate is about 250 sq meters ( 2500 sq ft) with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with showers

Hi Carina
This is a picture of my neice making pasta the other night. I cannot imagine a better villa or location for our family. We found it difficult to find as the access is not well signed so we looked around for a while but found it eventually. (Our note: client was missing the last parag. of the arrival instructions)
After arriving, we have had a fantastic time here. We have had a nice mix of staying at the pool, walking Panzano and travelling to Florence and the neighbouring towns.
I would highly recommend Villa Ventitre or Venti to anyone. The evening with Elizabeth, Dana, Kurt and Melchiorre was fantastic. My son took lots of pictures so we will forward for you to show others if you like.
