On the ground floorSpacious living areas, consisting of a dining room and a living room with bay windows opening out to an espalier garden shaded by handsome centuries-old trees.
A bright, well-equipped kitchen, with gas burners, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Nearby is an eating area which connects to the living room.
Up several steps in an older part of the house, there is a small living room with a bar, fireplace and a TV nook. A guest powder room. The stairway continues and leads to the second floor where the bedrooms are located.
A large master bedroom (1.60m bed) faces both south and west. It has a dressing room and in-suite bathroom with bathtub, basin and toilet.( see photo below)
A glass door opens onto a small terrace built into the roof overlooking beautiful tiles and a spectacular view of the countryside.
There is a large-screen, Satellite TV in this room.
A single bedroom (90 cm bed) and a double bedroom (1.40 m bed) share a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Simply furnished.( no photos shown)
Just before the main entrance to the house, is a small independent studio with a double bed (1.40 m) and complete in-suite bathroom and toilet.
On the south side, a stone stairway leads from the terrace to a garden and a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m).
On one side is a pool house with an eating area, a refrigerator, sink, bar and barbecue, and on the other side a recreation room with a Hammam, toilets and a shower room with washstand and sophisticated weight-lifting equipment available to renters. BR>
Below, in the middle of an olive grove, a boule area (18 x 8 m) has been cleared with lighting to allow games to continue past dark.
