Villa Valia is situated on a slight rise in the plains below Cortona; on a clear day you can see from the renaissance town of Montepulciano to the medieval town of Cortona and even the shores of Lago Trasimeno. Surrounded by vineyards, this is a lovely house for 3 couples.
There are three bedrooms in total and a reading room with the possibility of arranging 1 double bed for children under thirteen years.
Each bedroom room has its own bathroom with either tub or hydro massage shower or private access to the grounds.

The Villa consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor a lovely large living/dining room, the small but fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning oven, although small it has everything you need to prepare some wonderful Tuscan meals;
There is a dining room and hall.
These are 2 large, bright bdedrooms on this floor, each with doors opening out onto the well kept garden;Each with own bathroom. Each has a charming trompe d'oeil painting on the wall.
The attention to detail is the distinctive feature of the rooms: spacious and luminous, furnished with refined furniture and textiles. The living room has nice leather furniture.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with its own little terrace.
There is also an upstairs sitting room with large arched windows, which open fully – amazing views! You will want to sit here endlessly to watch the colours change throughout the day.
The elegance of the rooms is combined with the modern comforts such as Sat TV, DVD and Internet.
The swimming pool is set amidst the vineyards and the rolling plains of the Lago Trasimeno plains; on a clear day you can see Montepulciano amidst the green of the vineyards and the silver of the olive trees. It really inspires you to want to paint!
You can bask in the hydro massage corner or relax in the shadow of the big gazebo tasting the product from our vegetable garden or fruit trees.
For the cultural lovers, one can easily reach towns, famous all over the world for their high historical and eno-gastronomical interest.
