The two terraces offer a wonderful panorama over the city, one of which is furnished for outdoor lunches or dinners.

The property is on two levels, on the first floor your find: the entrance with two small wall closets, the Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom ( twin beds) with bathroom with tub.
The two bedrooms are very bright and face on to the Santa Croce church, the roofs of Florence, the church of San Miniato and the Piazzale Michelangelo.
A wooden staircase leads to the roof-terrace, a unique environment that houses the lounge, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen.
The windows that line the room lead to the two panoramic terraces and create an exceptional brightness on this floor.
The floors are made of Florentine terracotta and the ceilings have wooden beams.
