Villa Clara is a beautiful villa built at the end of the 18th Century. It is a typical Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of one estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live.
It is located just 4km from Lucca, thus combining proximity to the town of Lucca with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside.
Vacation Property Details
The villa has been totally converted during the last couple of years and has been fully furnished in an elegant style. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom.
A new swimming pool (18x8m) has been installed in a panoramic position a short walk from the house. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 12 guests. refer to ** below

The very large infinity pool was simply amazing, exceedingly clean and very refreshing. Viewing the mountain while lying back in one of the loungers at the pool was pure serenity. The villa was exceedingly well stocked with dishes, flatware and glasses for an army. The furniture was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the maid service 6 days a week was fabulous. The grounds & trees and bushes and flowers are beautiful.. The upstairs sitting room is simply amazing. Angelo, Anna & Tina were friendly and tried to be helpful (but don't speak English). Favorite activity: We loved hanging out at the pool. I am usually not for doing that, but the water & breezes and view were irresistible. Guest suggestion: Staff to speak some English. Written instructions on how to operate the washer, dryer and oven in English as staff has no English.
