This luxurious stone farmhouse belongs to a prestigious winery within the famous vineyards of Panzano in Chianti and is suitable for up to 12 people; conveniently located near the village of Panzano (3 km) with shops and facilities.

The villa offers over 420 sqm (4400 sqft) of living space and reflects traditional Tuscan architecture with white-washed or stone walls, wood beamed ceilings and cotto floors.
The villa sits on 53 hectares (130 acres) of its own vineyard and woodland.
Some of the highlights are the large gourmet kitchen / dining room with separate “work kitchen” and the gym.
The Kitchen is ideal for an avid chef,or hosting a cooking class one afternoon, or just a group of friends cooking together: well laid out with lots of counter space, there is a 'prep' kitchen as well as the main larger kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Table for 10, granite island, cabinets and appliances for gourmet cooking, Gaggenau oven and microwave, Rossieres gas stove with 2 additional ovens and two smallish sinks for food preparation, raised fireplace suitable for grilling, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, large sink.
Ground floor: small courtyard, parlor, gym, very well equipped kitchen/dining room with fire place (suitable for grilling), work kitchen, laundry room, spacious patio.
1st floor: double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom (shower), small private patio; lots of privacy for a couple;

this Apartment is not rented separately in case you do not include it in your rental in order to assure your complete privacy

A lovely 15 m contoured heated infinity edge pool, beautifully sited to take advantage of the promontory it sits on to enjoy the view of the vineyards and forests beyond.
