The apartment, completely restored, is on two levels and consists of a large living-room with antique coffered ceilings.
The old “cotto” style floors that have been well-maintained and the wooden floors, coffered ceilings, and frescoes give this apartment a very elegant style.
There is a dining-room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (with separable beds) and en suite bathroom with shower and a spacious closet, a double bedroom (with separable beds) decorated with superb 15th Century frescoes and original coffered ceilings, with en suite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom (the beds cannot be put together) also decorated with frescoes and bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with en suite very elegant bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
