This apartment in Florence is located on the 3rd and top floor of an elegant historic Palazzo right next to Piazza Duomo in the heart of Florence.

The apartment consists of a very bright living-room with view of the famous “Delle Oblate” garden in the centre of Florence.
There is a spacious living room, from where the guests can reach the dining area and open kitchen behind a pony-wall;(see photo)
The bedrooms are made up of a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a bedroom with two beds with a bathroom with bathtub.
On the upstairs level there is another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and laundry space.
The entire apartment has beautiful wooden floors and beamed ceilings.Two of the bedrooms overlook the communal garden and are very quiet!

The apartment is located only 200 meters from the Duomo, and only a few minutes from the most famous museums in the city (Uffizi, Accademia).
Driving and Parking:Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
