The luxurious villa sleeps comfortably 7 people – for bigger groups an independent villa (max. 6 people) with own pool can be added.
The villa, on two levels, consists of two large living-rooms with a magnificent view of the garden, dining-room with charming and colourful stencil decorations, the fully-equipped kitchen, guest bathroom.
Ground floor: The elegant and formal dining room with open fire place – furnished with precious antiques and paintings; sumptuous and spacious living room, fire place, Sat TV, DVD, Video and HiFi also furnished with antique pieces, opens to the big panoramic terrace There is a beautifully decorated smaller dining room with exit to the terrace; well equipped kitchen, storage room, guest bathroom The salon and the adjacent dining room have glass doors open onto the 80 m2 terrace, with a 180° panorama of the hills.
The second level is dedicated to the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and three full bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath-tub, 1 with Jacuzzi bath-tub).
First floor:
There is the master bedroom (30 sqm) with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and Sat TV;
A double bedroom (25 sqm) with queen size bed and sitting area;
An Empire single bedroom (18 sqm);
and an Asian double bedroom (25 sqm); marble bathroom with tub; bathroom with jacuzzi shower.
Distances: San Donato in Collina 3 km, Florence 18 km, Airport Florence 40 minutes, next restaurant 3 km, golf court 15 min.
