Included in the price: utility bills, condo expenses, taxes and final cleaning
Excluded from the price: for rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills are charged based on meter readings and for all rentals over 30 days clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law. The cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee (with a minimum of 65 €) plus 30 € for revenue stamps.
