It comprises a living/dining room with a sofa and extra sofa bed providing plenty of comfortable seating plus a dining table and chairs.
There is a a completely furnished kitchenette just off this main room; a double bedroom at the back with king size bed and walk-in mirrored wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub (accessible separately from both the main room and bedroom for added convenience).

The Palazzo in which the apartment is located, is one of the finest palazzi in Venice and is in a fabulous position on the Grand Canal situated between the Accademia Bridge/Academy of Fine Arts and Ca’ Rezzonico Museum of 18th Century Art.
The charming local neighbourhood around Campo San Barnaba (location of a number of well known film scenes – think ‘Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade’ and ‘Summertime’, the Tourist) is a joy to explore with its bars, restaurants (several along Calle Lunga San Barnaba), craftshops and food shops (including the long-established fruit and vegetable boat moored on the canal).

Hi All the staff have been very helpful with their assistance, tips and advice. They were prompt with answers before we arrived and professional during our stay. The apartment was a little small for a family of four but manageable as didn't spend too much time inside. Views were fantastic, couldn't be better and over the Grand Canal. Location great just 5 minute walk from 2 of the water bus stops. Well stocked supermarket 5-10 minute walk. Could do with rails or stand to hang wet towels in the kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend this apartment.
