This lovely apartment just off Campo Santo Stefano and Palazzo Grassi is a "mansarda" (a last floor with wooden beams).
Vacation Property Details
This charming apartment is situated in the centre of Venice, on a small quiet square very near Campo san Stefano, a short walk to the Accademia. Perfect for two persons, or a couple with child.
There is a small ‘altana’ roof terrace with table and chairs lies just off this main room - ideal for taking breakfast in the mornings or for unwinding with a lovely vino at the end of the day) day.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and the characterful double bedroom to the rear of the apartment features a heavily beamed – and fairly low - ceiling (please bear in mind that, as a result, the double bed is also positioned quite low to the ground). The bathroom has a bathtub and the whole apartment offers ample storage along with plenty of room to ‘stretch your legs’.
This apartment can be rented together with either or both of the other Grassi apartments - all in the same building - very private - good for large family or group - as they share a landing. TOTAL WOULD SLEEP 8 (+ 4 on sofa bed)
Located on a lovely small square with artists studios, a delightful deli/grocery shop and a little restaurant at the end of the square; Only 5 min walk to Accademia Bridge; 10 min to Rialto and San Marco.

This was a perfect spot for our holiday, loved the little quiet square you exit onto, yet only a short walk to the large Campo san Stefano - where we often went to watch people, sitting with our cappuccino at one of the outside cafes. Would recommend this place, but remember there is one flight of steep stairs to get up to the apartment.
